Preparing the Chicken Wings

    In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss well to ensure the wings are evenly coated.

    Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

    Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined and heated through.

Baking the Wings
