Friday Night Fish Special

Tenderloin

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Prepare the Burger Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Cook the Patties

Toast the burger buns in the skillet for a minute until lightly browned.

Prepare the Buns

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a burger patty, tomato slices, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Assemble the Burgers

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add French fries and season with salt and pepper. Cook according to package instructions until crispy.

Plate the burgers alongside the crispy French fries. Enjoy!

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in cold beer or sparkling water until the batter is smooth.

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Dip each fish fillet into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Carefully place the battered fillets into the hot oil, frying for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Coat and Fry the Fish

While the fish is frying, prepare the frozen fries according to package instructions, usually baking or frying until golden and crispy.

Cook the Fries

Plate the fried fish fillets alongside the crispy fries. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
