Pulled Pork Preparation

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with the pork rub evenly on all sides. Place the pork in a slow cooker.

Add Liquid
Pour the apple cider vinegar over the pork in the slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulled apart with a fork.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir in the BBQ sauce. Let it warm through for an additional 30 minutes on low.
Coleslaw Preparation

Mix Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Toss and Chill
Toss the ingredients together until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Slider Assembly

Prepare Buns
Cut the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.

Place the top half of the bun on the assembled sliders and serve immediately.
