Method

Crab Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Crab

Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Bring to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Add the Crab

Once the water is boiling, carefully add the Alaskan Red King Crab legs to the pot. Cook for 6-8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Drain and Serve

After boiling, drain the crab legs and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Garlic Rolls Preparation

  1. 4

    Activate Yeast

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

  2. 5

    Make Dough

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour.

  3. 6

    Shape Rolls

After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into small rolls. Place them on a greased baking sheet.

  4. 7

    Bake Rolls

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden.

  5. 8

    Prepare Garlic Butter

In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Mix in chopped parsley.

  6. 9

    Brush Rolls

Once the rolls are done, brush them with the garlic butter mixture before serving.

Butter Sauce Preparation

  1. 10

    Melt Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  2. 11

    Add Garlic and Seasoning

Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. 12

    Serve
