Preparation

1

Prepare the Pudding

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

2

Slice the Bananas

While the pudding thickens, peel the bananas and slice them into approximately 1/4-inch thick rounds.

3

Layer the Ingredients

In a large serving dish or individual cups, layer the ingredients. Start with a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of the prepared pudding.

4

Repeat the Layers

Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.

5

Top with Whipped Cream

Spread whipped cream evenly over the top layer of pudding. You can also add a few extra banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers for garnish.

6

Chill

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set.
