Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Season the beef tomahawk generously with salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Tomahawk

Preheat your grill or oven to high heat. Sear the beef tomahawk on all sides for about 4-5 minutes per side until a nice crust forms. Then, reduce the heat and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Seafood

While the beef is resting, prepare the seafood. If using frozen crab legs, thaw them in cold water. Clean the lobster by splitting it in half lengthwise. Season the scallops and prawns with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lobster and Crab

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lobster halves for about 8-10 minutes. In the same pot, add the crab legs for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Remove and set aside.

  5. 5

    Sear the Scallops and Prawns

In a hot skillet, add a bit of butter or oil. Sear the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Do the same for the prawns until they are opaque and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the tomahawk and arrange it on a platter with the lobster, crab legs, scallops, and prawns. Serve immediately with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side.
