Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Mushroom Caps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set aside.
- 2
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the baby shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- 3
Stuff the Mushrooms
Drizzle olive oil over the mushroom caps and place them on a baking sheet. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the shrimp and crab mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- 4
Bake the Mushrooms
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the stuffed mushrooms. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or a delicious side dish.
