In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 3
Cook the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 5
Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.

Broil the Ribs
Switch your oven setting to broil. Return the ribs to the oven and broil for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
