Preparation Instructions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to prepare for baking the pizza.
- 2
Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the red and green bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Trim the asparagus to about 2 inches long.
- 3
Roast the Vegetables
In a bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- 4
Prepare the Pizza Base
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- 5
Assemble the Pizza
Spread Tony's marinara sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and Gorgonzola cheese over the sauce. Top with the roasted vegetables.
- 6
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- 7
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it, and serve hot.
