    Prepare the Prosciutto

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped prosciutto and sauté until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    Sauté the Spinach

    In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    Mix the Dip

    In a large mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, smoked Gouda, Parmesan, ricotta, and crispy prosciutto. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Bake the Dip

    Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

    Serve

    Serve warm with slices of focaccia bread for dipping.
