Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Clean the baby Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped green onions, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined and heated through.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Take the mushroom caps and spoon the seafood filling generously into each cap.

  4. 4

    Bake

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your seafood stuffed mushrooms!
