Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Redfish
Pat the redfish fillets dry and season both sides generously with blackening seasoning.

Blacken the Redfish
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned redfish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add heavy cream to the skillet with the shrimp. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Combine and Serve
To serve, place a bed of spaghetti on each plate, top with a blackened redfish fillet, spoon the shrimp and Parmesan cream sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
