1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure the drink stays cold.

2

Combine ingredients

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice (about 6 cubes). Add 2 oz Alibi gin, 0.75 oz green olive juice, 0.5 oz dry vermouth, 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz olive brine if you prefer a dirtier profile.

3

Stir (preferred) or shake

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture briskly for 20–30 seconds until well-chilled and slightly diluted. If you prefer a slightly frothier, more aerated texture, shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds instead.

4

Prep glass

If you chilled the glass with ice water, dump the ice water now. Optionally, run a lemon peel lightly around the rim for a subtle citrus accent, then discard the peel.

5

Strain and garnish

Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne or fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards. Skewer 2 green olives on a cocktail pick and rest across the glass or drop them in. Serve immediately.

Tasting note

This 'Dirty Plz' balances the botanical clarity of the gin with savory olive character. Adjust olive juice and brine between 0.5–1.0 oz to taste for a cleaner or dirtier cocktail.
