Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the organic chicken wings with olive oil, red chile powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 3
Prepare the Salsa
While the wings are baking, combine ground almonds, matcha powder, and any remaining red chile powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- 4
Prepare the Crunch
In a food processor, blend tortilla chips and peanuts until they reach a coarse texture. Stir in sesame seeds and set aside.
- 5
Garnish
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle the almond salsa mixture on top of the wings, followed by the tortilla peanut crunch and chopped green onions.
