1. Prepare the Meats

Season the flank steak and chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side for the steak and 5-6 minutes per side for the chicken. Allow to rest before slicing.

In a food processor, combine smoked almonds, matcha powder, tomato, red onion, jalapeƱo, salt, and olive oil. Pulse until well combined but slightly chunky.

3. Prepare the Charred Pineapple Sofrito

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add diced pineapple, red bell pepper, garlic, and onion. Cook until charred and softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Assemble the Tacos

Warm corn tortillas on a skillet. Fill each tortilla with sliced steak and chicken, top with charred pineapple sofrito, smoked almond salsa, and fresh cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
