Prepare the Gremolata
In a small bowl, mix together the toasted pine nuts, chopped parsley, and lemon zest. Set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the Calabrian chili paste and cook for another minute.

Add the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Finish the Dish
Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat. Serve the shrimp scampi garnished with the gremolata.

Grill the Ciabatta
While the shrimp is cooking, grill or toast the ciabatta slices until golden brown.
