Prepare the Dutch Baby
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Cook the Apples
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced Honeycrisp apples and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Miso Caramel
In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and miso paste. Heat over low heat, stirring until well combined and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Chantilly Cream
In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.

Serve
Once the Dutch baby is done, remove it from the oven. Drizzle with miso caramel, top with Chantilly cream, and sprinkle with chocolate pecan granola.
