Method

Preparation of Fruits

  1. 1

    Prepare Strawberries

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

  2. 2

    Prepare Kiwi

Peel the kiwis using a knife or a vegetable peeler. Slice them into thin rounds or quarter them.

  3. 3

    Prepare Lime

Cut the lime in half and juice one half, reserving the other half for garnish. Make sure to remove any seeds from the juice.

  4. 4

    Prepare Mint Leaves

Gently wash the mint leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside a few leaves for garnish.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 5

    Add Fruits to Glass

In a large cocktail shaker or a mixing glass, add the prepared strawberries, kiwi slices, and mint leaves.

  2. 6

    Add Soju and Honey

Pour in the soju and add the honey to the shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the fruits and mint together, releasing their flavors.

  3. 7

    Add Lime Juice

Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the mixture and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  4. 8

    Add Sparkling Water

Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to mix everything together without losing the fizz.

  5. 9

    Serve

Fill glasses with ice, pour the Soju Fresca mixture over the ice, and garnish with the reserved lime half and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
