Method
Preparing the Marinades

Bulgogi Marinade Preparation
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Pork-gogi Marinade Preparation
In another bowl, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Stir until well combined.
Cooking the Meat

Marinate the Beef
Add thinly sliced beef to the bulgogi marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Marinate the Pork
Add thinly sliced pork to the pork-gogi marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Set aside.

Cook the Pork
In the same skillet, add the marinated pork and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Assembling the Wraps

Prepare the Wraps
Take a romaine leaf and place a spoonful of cooked beef or pork in the center. Top with julienned carrots, cucumber slices, sliced radishes, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
