Prepare Bulgogi Marinade
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and chopped green onions until well combined.
Prepare Pork-gogi Marinade
Combine Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth.
Marinate the Meats
Marinate Beef
Place the thinly sliced beef in the bulgogi marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Marinate Pork
In a separate container, add the ground pork to the pork-gogi marinade. Mix well and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
Cook the Meats
Cook Pork-gogi
In the same skillet, add the marinated ground pork. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked.
Prepare Lettuce Wraps
Assemble Ingredients
Rinse the romaine lettuce hearts and pat dry. Cut them into individual leaves for wrapping.
Serve
Assemble Wraps
To serve, place a spoonful of cooked bulgogi or pork-gogi in the center of a lettuce leaf. Top with julienned carrots, cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
