Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute or a spritz glass in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Mix the Drink
In the chilled glass, pour 2 oz of passionfruit liqueur.

Add Champagne
Slowly top the glass with 4 oz of Champagne to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish
Cut the fresh passionfruit in half and scoop a few seeds into the drink. Add mint leaves for garnish.
