Wagyu Beef & Prosciutto Burger Recipe
Snake River Farms American Wagyu ground beef, crispy prosciutto, Cabernet caramelized onions, sharp white cheddar, tomato, arugula and pimentón horseradish rémoulade on a toasted brioche bun. Choice of fresh hand-cut fries, Napa slaw or small house salad.

Burger Preparation

Prepare the Wagyu Beef Patties
In a mixing bowl, form the ground Wagyu beef into two equal-sized patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, add the Wagyu beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Add a slice of sharp white cheddar on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.

Toast the Brioche Buns
While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Add Cabernet Wine
Pour in the Cabernet Sauvignon wine and let it simmer until the liquid reduces by half and becomes syrupy, about 10-15 minutes.
Rémoulade Preparation

Mix the Rémoulade
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, pimentón, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of the pimentón horseradish rémoulade. Place the cooked Wagyu beef patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by crispy prosciutto, a slice of tomato, and a handful of arugula. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.
