Flatbread

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking the flatbreads.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Flatbread

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each piece with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt to enhance the flavor.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Spread Tomato Sauce

Evenly spread 1/2 cup of roma tomato sauce on each flatbread, making sure to cover the surface all the way to the edges.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese Blend

Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses evenly on top of the tomato sauce on both flatbreads.

  3. 5

    Layer Pepperoni

Distribute the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese on both flatbreads.

  4. 6

    Sprinkle Remaining Cheese

Top with parmesan and asiago cheese evenly on both flatbreads.

  5. 7

    Add Fresh Basil

Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the top of the flatbreads for added flavor.

Baking

  1. 8

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

  2. 9

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
