Method

Grilled Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

  3. 3

    Garnish and Serve

Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Steak

  1. 4

    Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes. Rub olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 5

    Sear the Steak

Heat a skillet over high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add butter and garlic cloves during the last minute of cooking.

  3. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve with the garlic and butter drizzled over.

Vegetarian Option

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice zucchini and bell peppers into strips. In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Add vegetables and toss to coat.

  2. 8

    Grill the Vegetables

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

  3. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Remove vegetables from the grill, sprinkle with fresh basil, and serve warm.
