Method

Main Dish

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Meat Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Mince the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the ground beef, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Combine Sauce and Pasta

Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, then add the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine evenly.

  4. 4

    Serve

Transfer the spaghetti and meat sauce to a large serving bowl. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.

Side Dish

  1. 5

    Prepare the Caesar Salad

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

  2. 6

    Add Dressing and Toppings

Drizzle Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss to coat. Add croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  3. 7

    Serve

Serve the salad in the large bowl alongside the main dish for guests to share.

Dessert

  1. 8

    Prepare the Coffee

Brew 2 cups of strong coffee and let it cool slightly.

  2. 9

    Mix the Mascarpone Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and egg yolks. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

  3. 10

    Layer the Tiramisu

Dip ladyfingers quickly into the coffee and layer them in a large dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layering process.

  4. 11

    Chill and Serve

Dust the top with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled.
