Prepare the Glass
Begin by selecting a rocks glass. Place a large ice cube in the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Evan Williams Bourbon and Angostura Bitters. Add the agave syrup and stir gently to incorporate all the ingredients.

Add Soda Water
Pour the soda water over the bourbon mixture in the rocks glass with the ice cube.

Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it into the glass. Finally, add the Bordeaux cherry as a garnish.
