Prepare the Glass
Start by selecting a large wine glass or an Aperol spritz glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol Aperitivo over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 3 oz of Prosecco on top of the Aperol. Make sure to pour slowly to maintain the bubbles.

Add Soda Water
Top off the drink with 1 oz of soda water. Adjust the amount to your taste preference.

Garnish
Place a slice of fresh orange in the glass for garnish and flavor. Optionally, twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release essential oils.
