    Prepare the Goat Cheese Croutons

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the goat cheese into rounds and place them on the slices of baguette. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
