Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Select a cocktail glass or rocks glass depending on your preference. If you prefer the drink up, use a chilled cocktail glass; for on the rocks, use a rocks glass.

  2. 2

    Add Ice

If serving on the rocks, fill the rocks glass with ice. For an up presentation, skip this step.

  3. 3

    Pour the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Bombay Sapphire Gin, 1 oz of Punt e Mes Vermouth, and 1 oz of Aperol.

  4. 4

    Stir the Mixture

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill the mixture and combine the flavors.

  5. 5

    Strain into Glass

If serving up, strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass. If serving on the rocks, strain the mixture over the ice in the rocks glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Twist a slice of orange over the drink to release its oils, then add it as a garnish on the rim of the glass.

  7. 7

    Serve

Enjoy your Bombay Sapphire Gin, Punt e Mes Vermouth, and Aperol cocktail immediately.
