Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim into granulated sugar to coat it.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the limoncello, Frangelico, and fresh lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Slowly top with Champagne.
