Preparation
1. Prepare the Coconut Rim
Pour the shredded coconut onto a small plate. In a separate shallow dish, add honey or simple syrup. Dip the rim of your martini glass into the honey, then into the shredded coconut to coat evenly. Set aside.
2. Mix the Martini
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Belle Isle Cold Brew Moonshine, coconut-infused vanilla vodka, Owen’s Espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using). Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Optionally, garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
