Prepare the Fries
Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.

Make the Chili
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add chili beans, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Simmer for about 10 minutes until heated through.

Prepare the Queso
In a small saucepan, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and milk over low heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Assemble the Junkyard Fries
On a large serving platter, layer the crispy fries. Top with the chili mixture, drizzle with queso, and sprinkle with diced onions and sliced jalapeños.
