Prepare the Biscuits
Bake the buttermilk biscuits according to package instructions or your favorite homemade recipe until golden brown. Once done, split them in half and set aside.

Cook the Meats
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the crumbled sausage and diced ham, cooking until browned. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Assemble the Scramble
Place the bottom halves of the split biscuits on a serving plate. Spoon the meat and egg mixture generously over each biscuit half.

Add Sausage Gravy
Top each biscuit with a generous amount of hot country sausage gravy. Place the biscuit tops on each serving and serve immediately.
