Prepare the Beef Cutlet
Pound the beef cutlet to about 1/2 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Bread the Cutlet
In a shallow dish, mix the flour and seasoned salt. Dredge the beef cutlet in the flour mixture, then dip it in milk, and then coat with flour again.

Fry the Cutlet
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded cutlet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sausage Gravy
In the same skillet, add the sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Stir in the butter and the additional flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes before gradually adding the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Simmer until thickened.

Place the fried cutlet on a plate, top with sausage gravy, serve with two eggs, and enjoy with your side of choice.
