Brew Espresso
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Prepare Egg Mixture
In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 egg yolks and 1 cup of granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Add Mascarpone and Vanilla
Gently fold in 1 cup of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the egg mixture until smooth and well combined.

Whip Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assembling Tiramisu

Soak Ladyfingers
Quickly dip 24 ladyfingers into the cooled espresso, one at a time, and arrange them in a single layer in a 9x13 inch dish.

Layer the Filling
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of soaked ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly.

Repeat Layers
Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.

Before serving, dust the top with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder using a fine sieve for an elegant finish.
