Pulled Ham Preparation

Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.

Coat the Ham
Place the boneless ham in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well-coated.

Bake
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for about 2 hours, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Shred the Ham
Remove the ham from the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes, then shred it using two forks.
Topping and Serving

Melt the Cheese
Preheat a broiler. Place the shredded ham onto a baking sheet and top with slices of smoked Gouda cheese.

Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
