Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Soft Boiled Eggs

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for a few minutes before peeling.

Assembling and Baking

  1. 3

    Spread Marinara Sauce

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about an inch of crust around the edges.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them evenly over the marinara sauce. Add the roasted tomatoes on top.

  3. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and place the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Finishing Touches

  1. 6

    Add Soft Boiled Eggs

Once the pizza is baked, cut the soft boiled eggs in half and place them on top of the pizza.

  2. 7

    Drizzle and Garnish

Drizzle spicy chili crunch over the pizza, followed by lemon balsamic glaze. Sprinkle fresh cilantro and basil on top before serving.
