Method

Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Cabbage Slaw

  1. 3

    Prepare the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Chipotle Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Chipotle Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary and set aside.

Tacos Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. To assemble, place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw and a drizzle of chipotle sauce. Serve immediately.
