Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Patties

In the same skillet, add the wagyu beef patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Egg

In a separate non-stick skillet, add a little butter or oil. Crack the eggs in and cook over easy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the bun spread on the inside of both burger buns. Place a cooked wagyu patty on each bottom bun, top with a slice of bacon, a generous amount of beer cheese sauce, and the over-easy egg. Cover with the top bun.

Home Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes, leaving the skin on for extra flavor.

  2. 6

    Season the Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. 7

    Cook the Home Fries

In the same skillet used for the bacon (add a little oil if needed), add the seasoned potatoes. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
