Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling an old-fashioned glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Lemon Bitters, Aromatic Bitters, and House Spiced Demerara Syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled old-fashioned glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass over a large ice cube or several smaller ones.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a gentle twist. Then, add the orange peel slice into the drink as a garnish along with a cherry.
