Prepare the Watermelon Puree
In a blender, add fresh watermelon chunks and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired. Measure out 1 oz of the puree.

Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into a plate of black salt to coat.
Mixing the Margarita

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of El Jimador Blanco, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, 1 oz of Cointreau, and 1 oz of watermelon puree.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Optionally, add ice if preferred.

Garnish the drink with a slice of watermelon on the rim and a lime wedge for added flavor and presentation.
