Burger Patty Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine ground sirloin, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into burger patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
Cooking the Burger

Grill the Patties
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Mix the Spread
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cabbage Salsa Preparation

Prepare the Cabbage
Finely chop the cabbage and set aside. You can add diced tomatoes to this mixture for extra flavor if desired.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it thinly.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaf.
Assembling the Burger

Spread the prepared bun spread on both sides of the burger buns. Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom bun, add crispy bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, house cabbage salsa, the lettuce leaf, and slices of avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.
