Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Making the Creamy Dill Spread

  1. 2

    Prepare the Spread

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 3

    Build the Sandwich

Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise. Spread a generous amount of the creamy dill spread on both sides of the rolls. Place the cooked salmon fillet on the bottom half, followed by a handful of fresh sprouts and slices of cucumber. Place the top half of the hoagie roll on the sandwich.
