Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Mixed Greens

In a large salad bowl, add 6 cups of mixed greens as the base of your salad.

  2. 2

    Chop Vegetables

Slice the cucumber and red onion. Dice the avocado. Add all these vegetables to the bowl with the mixed greens.

  3. 3

    Add Roasted Tomatoes

Take 1 cup of roasted tomatoes and add them to the salad bowl, mixing gently.

  4. 4

    Add Sprouts

Sprinkle 1 cup of sprouts over the top of the salad mixture.

Protein Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook and Slice Chicken

Grill the large chicken breast until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F), then slice it into strips. Add to the salad.

  2. 6

    Cook Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, then transfer to paper towels to drain. Crumble and add on top of the salad.

  3. 7

    Prepare Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boil 2 large eggs by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 9-12 minutes. Once done, cool in ice water, peel, and slice. Add to the salad.

  4. 8

    Add Blue Cheese

Crumble 0.5 cup of blue cheese over the salad, distributing evenly.

Dressing and Serving

  1. 9

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle 0.5 cup of ranch dressing over the salad or serve it on the side for individual preference.

  2. 10

    Toss and Serve

Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately for the best freshness.
