Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Chop the Garlic and Basil
Mince the garlic cloves and roughly chop the fresh basil leaves.

Prepare the Sun-Dried Tomatoes
If using jarred sun-dried tomatoes, drain them and chop them into smaller pieces.

Combine Toppings
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Baking

Assemble the Brie
Place the wheel of brie on a baking dish. Spread the garlic, basil, and sun-dried tomato mixture evenly over the top of the brie.

Bake the Brie
Bake the brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Toast the Bread
While the brie is baking, toast the prepared baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Serve
Remove the baked brie from the oven and let it sit for a minute. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
