Make the Dough
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Italian 00 flour and salt. Make a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Prepare the Sauce
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap garlic cloves in foil and roast for 30 minutes. Once roasted, blend the garlic with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Pizza
Preheat pizza oven or a regular oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Spread a layer of roasted garlic cream sauce over the dough. Top with caramelized onions, sliced mushrooms, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with truffle oil.

Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before slicing.
