Preparation
- 1
Prepare Dungeness Crab
Start by cooking the Dungeness crab. If it's live, steam it for about 15-20 minutes until it's bright orange. Once cooked, remove the meat from the shell and set aside.
- 2
Grill Prawns
For the prawns, season them with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the prawns for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and cooked through.
- 3
Grill Salmon and Scallops
Season the salmon fillet and scallops with salt and pepper. In the same grill or grill pan, grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, and the scallops for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are opaque.
Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in the lemon juice and capers. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve Platter
On a serving platter, arrange the Dungeness crab meat, grilled prawns, salmon, and scallops. Drizzle the lemon caper beurre blanc over the seafood.
