Cooking the Sauce

Prepare the Arrabiata Sauce
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant. Add the San Marzano tomatoes and salt, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in chopped basil just before serving.

Add Fresh Fish
In the same pot, add the fish fillet and gently poach in the seafood broth for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the seafood and set aside, keeping warm.

Prepare the Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and arrabiata sauce. Gently fold in the seafood mixture until well combined.

Serve
Plate the seafood spaghetti and drizzle with basil oil. Garnish with extra basil if desired.
