Cut and Bake
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into fry shapes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Roast Tomatoes

Prepare and Roast
While the fries are baking, slice the Roma tomatoes in half and place them cut side up on another baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden and the tomatoes are tender.

Prepare and Grill
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and salt. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells down the middle. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture. Grill the lobster tails on medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
