1. Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

3. Coat the Seafood

Dredge the squid slices and prawns in the flour mixture until fully coated.

4. Fry the Seafood

Carefully add the coated squid and prawns to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

5. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, sesame oil, and chili flakes to create the sesame chili sauce.

6. Serve

Remove the fried squid and prawns from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, drizzled with the sesame chili sauce and garnished with fresh cilantro.
